The crew can record supported work on the phone with no signal. It waits on the phone and sends when the truck is back in range. Nobody has to enter it again.
One screen per role
A driver sees their stops. The office sees the money. Nobody has to learn the parts of the app that are not their job — the five roles are above, and who it is for goes through each one.

The live map

Only on the clock, and only if they share
Sharing location on shift is each person’s own switch. An owner can turn on a company policy that locates everyone who is clocked in — and it says so on the worker’s own screen. Nothing is recorded off the clock. Clocking out takes the position off the map.

A check-in, not a leash
A phone that is sharing sends its position about every 45 seconds while it is awake and has service — a regular check-in, not a continuous stream. When a truck is out of range the map keeps the last known position and tells you how old it is.

People, Work and Equipment on one map
Three views of the same picture: who is out and where, the stops and moves that make up today, and the units, yards and tanks they belong to. Turn on Trails and you get the roads the trucks actually drove — every trip records itself while the shift is open. Recorded trips are kept for 30 days, then deleted. A road our map does not have yet is kept as a shape only, with nothing that says who drove it.

Pin a well site once
Once a well site is pinned on the map, the app knows when somebody gets there. Pulling in can start the on-site clock without anyone tapping anything, and the driver can say “not here” if the pin is wrong.
What it does not do: guess a drive time. There is no road routing here, so distances are straight-line and labelled that way. For turn-by-turn, your drivers keep using the nav they already trust.

Do not want to learn another app? Tell it what happened.
A worker can speak or type an update. Copilot fills out the record, the worker checks it, and nothing saves until they confirm it.

The questions owners ask us first.
What happens when there’s no signal?
The field app keeps working. Fuel records, service calls, hours and photos are saved on the phone and send themselves as soon as the truck is back in range, usually at the highway. Nobody has to remember to enter anything again, and nothing waits for a phone signal.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Yes, on every plan. Once QuickBooks Online is connected, an owner or manager sends approved invoices from the invoice screen and approved hours from the employee-time screen, so nothing gets typed twice. Paying people from those hours happens in QuickBooks: it needs the QuickBooks Payroll subscription and workflow that fits your company. Iron Dispatch records employee time; it is not a payroll processor.
Do you charge per user?
No. One flat price for the company, unlimited users. Hiring another worker doesn’t change your bill, and neither does putting the app on every phone in the company.
Do we have to use all of it?
No. Fuel, service and rentals are each a switch you turn on or off. Ticket signatures, crew sign-off, location for everyone on the clock, and a required inspection before the truck leaves are all off or optional until the owner turns them on in Settings. QuickBooks connects when you want it to. Dispatch Copilot comes with Growth and Command, and nobody on your crew has to open it. Use the parts you need; the rest stays out of the way.
Who can see where a driver is?
Only your own office, and only while that person is on the clock. Each worker has their own switch for sharing location on shift, and an owner can turn on a company policy that locates everyone who is clocked in. Clock out and the position is removed from the map — nothing is recorded off the clock, ever.
